Yesterday Dad picked Ethan up early from daycare and surprised him with a trip to the Washington, DC Zoo!! They had so much fun together looking at all of the animals and enjoying a nice lunch. Dad bought Ethan a mug that even says his name on it! Ethan's favorites were the tarantulas and the Octopus (last year the Octopus was his favorite, too!) I'm so happy that Ethan and my dad (AKA Poppa John) were able to bond and spend quality time together.
